Meet The Team
Our Director, Rhiannon Pilgrim is part of our occupational therapy team. Rhiannon is extremely proud of her advocacy for children and gives them the chance to lead an active and happy life. She’s especially attracted to play therapy, supporting children to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves while feeling secure and growing in their skills.
Our occupational therapy team also comprises Claire Bathgate and Bronwen Mikallef, as well as Ally Schmidt. Our team collaborates with parents and families to support youngsters and teens. We support enriching the lives of children by engaging them in meaningful ways.
This team of health professionals is dedicated to supporting ing provide foundations for young people in their everyday lives. Through their efforts, they aid youngsters and teens build confidence and boosting self-esteem and social skills, and enhance well-being.

Rhiannon is proud of her advocacy for children and giving them equal opportunities to live a happy life and participate in daily activities. She’s especially attracted to play therapy and supporting children to feel safe and happy while also feeling safe and developing new skills.

Bron is a sensitive observer of children's behaviour. She uses an evidence-based behaviour strategy and comes from the understanding of neurobiology, attachment theory, sensory processing, child development and the impact of early adverse experiences on the brain's development.

Mental Health Occupational Therapist
Ally is a great supporter for children and their families who suffer from a wide range of diagnoses that include Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as depression, anxiety, ADHD, childhood trauma and many other challenging behaviours.

From the first time you meet with us at Nest Health Hub, we’ll ensure you’ll experience a service like no other. We view each client individually and select the therapy or therapies that are most appropriate for them. Instead of focusing only on individual behaviours or problems, our focus is always on the brain's evolving needs and underlying behaviour difficulties.
Our occupational therapists employ a client-centred evaluation approach to support you in understanding your child’s growth, including play, school work and self-care. Your occupational therapist can aid you in determining which factors impact your child's ability, and how they will respond to the demands of daily life.
Your occupational therapist can create an intervention plan based on your child's unique profile.
Our Nest Health Hub team works closely with your child's Nest Psychologist. This ensures a holistic and integrated treatment approach. This holistic approach allows the team to gain greater insight into your child’s progress.
We Can Help With
Nest Health Hub has the tools and skills to assess if your child is a good candidate for occupational therapy. Occupational therapy is a good option for children and teenagers with sensory processing problems.
