Grace is a friendly and authentic psychologist who is passionate about helping children and families better understand and connect with each other, enabling them to face life's challenges more effectively.
With a focus on connection as foundational to her approach, Grace is committed to empowering individuals and families with the skills and tools they need to build resilience and live fulfilling lives. She is particularly passionate about working with neurodiverse individuals, children and adolescents, parents, individuals who have experienced trauma, and Indigenous individuals. Grace has extensive experience in areas including complex trauma, attachment difficulties, disability, neurodiversity, behavioural difficulties, eating disorders, complex family dynamics, bullying, anxiety, depression, and dissociative presentations.
Grace's research thesis explored the lived experience of parents with ADHD, and she strongly believes in flexible, tailored therapy approaches that respect individual abilities and preferences.
Grace is trained in therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Grace is able to provide services through NDIS, third-party, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and private funding.
